Supervisor 101

  1. Your own approach to leadership, why it matters so much, and strategies to improve your role as a leader with your direct reports and colleagues
  2. How differences in personalities create conflict, and ways you can help prevent and intervene to experience a more effective team
  3. Important concepts concerning supervising friends and former peers, and providing consistency in that supervision
